The case has been polished in the past, but has a lot of material and looks good overall. The bracelet has many signs and also deeper cuts and dents. The bezel matches the case and looks ok. The swiss only dial has patina and a scratch over the Cartier logo. The hands show patina, especially on the tip of the hour hand. If you do not feel comfortable, you can have it changed during the next service at Cartier, but I like it as it is. The watch has just been serviced. You will get the watch only.
